I had an image I wanted to discuss with Claude, knew I would be pasting it, just pasted as parts of the page were still loading in and it clearly doesn't like that. Moments later you can paste it just fine. .

.@theo you know more about the failings of UI for chat apps than anyone else I can think of - figured you might not have seen this one on claude though. Have an image on your clipboard ready to paste, load claude and as the page is loading in, hit paste. You get this error.

I saw a ribbon showing which environment @theo was in on a recent video, Could see the use so I've added it for my own now as well. I'm quite often bouncing between 3 different dev environments plus production, so knowing at a glance will make things much nicer.

And debugging anything was a massive nightmare - VS became practically unresponsive when trying to open solution explorer to open a new file to look at whilst it was running. I had already resigned myself to the fact it wasn't ready for my deployments yet. .

First time trying aspire didn't go too well. All I did was hook up redis and blob storage, didn't touch anything else. My (blazor) app had many new werid behaviours (logging in failed once, logging out never worked correctly and places account into a weird state).

TIL: Visual Studio allows you to modify horizontal scroll speed. Tools > Options > Text Editor > Advanced, set that horizontal scroll speed up to 10. Thank me later. Can't believe I have had it set to 1 character per second this whole time. .

I was today years old finding out that Blazor wasm and setting the headers on a websocket connection you intend to make - is not going to happen.

Was interested in the line and file count, so ran a command to find out. Almost 36k lines and almost 700 files (plus other bits)

My first repo to hit 1,000 commits (I think?) - and its an open source library! Still many more commits to go before its complete. #buildinpublic
