Early this morning a family lost their home due to a fire. Their belongings including their daughter's new bicycle which she had recently received for Christmas were destroyed Once deputies learned of the loss they went out & purchased a new bicycle and helmet for the little girl

After 23 years on the job Dep Summerfield is still having a hoot. This morning, deputies responded to a traffic hazard reference an injured owl. Dep Summerfield flew in to save the day, and was able to safely put the owl in a box to be transported to the Tucson Wild Life Center.
