in a 500 baht bungalow right off the beach in 2012, and from the first day knew I'd move here one day.

In the most heartwarming thing I've seen in ages, I watched this son over the course of an hour help his elderly mum have dinner at a hawker. She resisted, even yelled at him, but he persisted.
There are still good people in the world. I bought him a coffee & said thanks. 🙏

needing "alternative state quarantine" upon return, I've done the legwork for all opts as of June 28 for hotels, prices, and room sizes (called each; websites; etc). Hope this helps!
