I'm delighted to say that my entry for the PECO Rail200 diorama competition is now finished! 'Glen Seangan' is Gaelic for 'Ant Valley', because in 1:450 scale the figure of me is about as big as an ant. It's a fictional location, inspired by our honeymoon in the highlands.

I needed to take photos in a very flat, open field (otherwise trees etc would have got in the shot). Thankfully, Lincolnshire is quite flat, but to get the interesting sky it was also very windy, and the tiny train kept blowing away...

The PECO Model Railways chalenge rules stated a maximum height of 14cm and I've used all of the space, with the highest peak measuring 13.5cm tall. I've filmed the build process and it will become a YouTube video in the coming weeks..
