Hey @VinnieTortorich after having taken a cruise on @CarnivalCruise, I found all of three things onboard that did not contain sugar, grains, or seed oils. I lost 4 pounds on the cruise because the food I could eat was abjectly terrible. Never again.

Mr. Hall was a teacher of mine in high school. He was the one who taught me the importance of being able to communicate technical knowledge effectively. Hard for me to have even more respect for this man who touched so many people.

Never realized how much I'd enjoy the *process* of making espresso and cappuccino (with heavy cream, of course). It just adds to the enjoyment I experience with the end result. @VinnieTortorich talked about this in a recent podcast.
