I just had the sweetest training with @RedSproutsNYC :). Our spaces need to be safe and fun for parents and kids. Kids should be exposed to the mundane and effervescent moments that make up our lives. We should all be doing the joyful and necessary care work that keep us strong!.

Would love to see congress pretend to care about families for a bit! . The federal funding provided during the pandemic is expiring, and while it was woefully inadequate, it was something. We gotta start federally prioritizing kids.
Federal child care stabilization funds are set to expire at the end of this week - on September 30. Congress has ONE WEEK to stand up for America's children. It must approve emergency funding to #SaveChildCare.
