Smart, mature decision by Ewers: better to take a sack vs turning the ball over with a bad throw in that situation. Too many QBs will try to play hero ball there, with unfortunate results.
Mo Kamara with an awesome rep splitting the tackle and guard, moving Ewers off his spot, and then pursuing him all the way to the sideline. Ewers never liked what he saw and had to eat the ball. Not literally, of course.

Great point by QB1…so important to keep these drills in context.
I was thinking about this in practice as every summer it seems like we’re calling out a lot of sacks every day. So I was thinking: there’s not specific game planning and most of the drop backs are true drop backs (like you’d see on 3rd and long), unlike what you’d see in a game.

#Dolphins may have found their power back….
Alexander Mattison is having the type of camp that is impossible to ignore. It’s not live and it’s tough to see the full complement of a back in this setting, but the way he’s seeing it and hitting it at full speed translates. He’s got another chunk winding one back at full.

Waller needs to get out there SOON if he’s going to be able to contribute in the season opener in a month. #Dolphins.
Darren Waller is expected to return within the next week, but that exact time is tricky with all the joint practice sessions coming up.

People see this and say the #Dolphins have a CB problem. But Tua, Waddle, and Reek were doing this to Ramsey too. They’re just too good.
Tua sharp on the throw over the middle off a quick fake as Waddle gets a step on Duck and is out the gates. It’s good for about 50 as Minkah took a good angle to meet him at the sideline.
