Last year, my kids and I wrote a song called "Who's Creeping At Your Door Tonight". We finally recorded and released it - we'd hugely appreciate it if you would add it to your Halloween playlist and share it!

I’ve seen this posted by a few folks. There are some beautiful stories contained here. But He Gets Us is employing a “come and see” tactic to encourage curiosity toward Jesus. A “such were some of you” Super Bowl ad that’s aimed at believers misses the point.

The Christian Super Bowl Ad They SHOULD Have Made A group known as 'He Gets Us' released an advert during the Super Bowl which, whilst perhaps well intentioned, failed to convey anything of the gospel to the hundreds of millions who saw it. Here's my take on what they should

I'm on a kick of music like this. My 25 year old self would be very disappointed. My 35 year old self just wants some fun music that is beautiful, stank face worthy, and not sad. @ScaryGoldings

It is my joy to present to you the 'Best Christian Folk & Worship of 2023 Music Review.' I write this because I'm nerd. I also write this to let artists know that I'm listening and appreciate what they do.

I know John very well. And I can tell you that he embodies what he writes. When he writes about "performative spirituality", it's from a place of conviction, resistance, and the experience of a truly better way of living with Jesus. Buy this book.

Hey! It’s release day! I pray this book finds its way into the places God desires and it blesses, strengthens, and enlarges. https://t.co/kh2YzkCWvR

It was 2004 when "1985" by Bowling for Soup came out. (Fair warning, it's goofy, but crass.) I was a teenager. Next year, you could write a song about 2004 from the same vantage point as they did.

On hold with Davis Vision, and the wait music seems to be an instrumental rip off Free Bird.

I'm just going to go ahead and say, "Mary Did You Know" is a great song, and it holds up, despite the trappings of 90's CCM music. For all the "Yes, Mary knew" grinches out there, maybe you're missing the point? Would you tell the shepherds, Simeon, and Anna "Yes, Mary knew!"?

I'm really excited to share this next single with you, coming in early 2023! He Is Able is a song written from a place of longing, expectation, and confidence in God's strength in places of weakness and limitation. Artwork: Dore, "Ezekiel’s Vision of the Valley of Dry Bones"

Ok, "Spirited" got decent-at-best ratings, and I really don't get it. I watched it over Thanksgiving break with extended family and we all loved it. It's the funniest movie I've seen in years. Anybody else feel similarly?

Bonus: @CrossPointMin is an essential resource for many pastors needing care and counsel. I've been formed by their ministry, and want that for many other leaders and pastors. https://t.co/rp8gvo5laR

Second, my dad @SpdRev runs a non-profit called Life Line Chaplaincy based in CT. For the last 8 years or so, my dad has ministered tirelessly to first responders who have experienced severe crisis. And it's borne a lot of fruit. https://t.co/ZgaJ4zdWTE

First, my church @ApostlesUptown. We want to see people formed to look like Jesus. We long for renewal, and throughout church history, it's been in and through churches that cities have experienced renewal. We want to be here for it. https://t.co/qlp4FDVInx

Today is #GivingTuesday. There are a ton of non-profit organizations that need extra support this year. I'm just going to highlight three that are close to my heart:
