There's a lot of projecting in these takes on the "prank call" to Shedeur Sanders. The death penalty for a phone call is absurd. A lot of folk just want to see white folk suffer, they too want to be their oppressor. That don't free Black folk though.

If folk really cared about Black athletes, you'd argue for abolishing sports drafts as they are inherently anti-Black and anti-labor.

If you feel sports are modern-day slavery & the draft is an auction, then being upset that Shedeur Sanders "fell" means you see value the way auctioneers do. You're thinking like an auction buyer, not like someone trying to abolish the auction. This applies to policing, edu., etc.
Did all of Mainstream America collectively scoff at the arrogance of the Manning family for having the audacity to even think to publicly dictate where Eli would go in the #NFLDraft ? Were there the same calls for Eli to be “humble” like there were with #ShedeurSanders all wknd ?
