before conditioning on coconut and @DarkMatter2521 coffee. The young portion of the stout offers a higher level of roast and dark grains to compliment the coffee while the caramelized, reduced, and micro-oxidized portion of the stout from casks mingles with the candy-like. .

Affinity is a new, creative way of blending beer for us. A bridge that takes you from curvature to eunoia in one sip. For our first blend of affinity we blended nearly a 50/50 mix of young stout and barrel-aged stout that was aged for 18 months in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. .

experience. Curvature will see very limited distro the week of 1/30 and will not be available at the brewery to-go. Curvature will be replaced at the brewery by a new brand for us that will also be seen sporting 12oz black aluminum, Affinity….

aging before being bottled. We decided for the maiden voyage in cans, we would return the very first curvature we did: Curvature 1 Gahna Cocoa nibs and hazelnut. A huge imperial stout with flavors of milk chocolate and toasty, nutty hazelnut - a candy bar turned beer sort of….

While we begin 2023, you’ll begin to see some changes to the look of some of our beers. The first change is that this year we’re moving Curvature into 12oz cans. Curvature is the stout that started off our high gravity beer program that mainly lives in casks for extensive.
