Taylor Parrish. The freshman from Rockingham, NC has earned a 1-1 record with one save so far this season for the Falcons. In 15.1 total innings pitched, Parrish allowed one earned run (0.46 ERA) on 11 hits with two walks and 14 strikeouts.

We left Raleigh with a 3-1 record at the Grand Slam Classic. Highlights: In game 2, FR Peyton Farley collected her first career home run, a grand slam! SO Mattie Hinson hit a walk off homer in extra innings to end game 3, and SR Kennedy went 13.6 innings with 3 wins on the mound.
