The 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Women’s team had an open and honest discussion last night where players bravely shared their personal experiences of discrimination & racism. Upsetting to listen to but essential for us to listen to, learn, and understand how to move forward.

This report shows how much change is needed to make cricket in Scotland a more inclusive, fair & diverse sport. I will try my best to do more and make a difference in my roles.
