The reason this remains true is that it is hard to gerrymander or generally rig the entire House of Representatives. If one party plays hardball in one place, the other party plays hardball elsewhere and they mostly balance each other out.

Sorry Alicia, an Arizona firefighter said no. So we get elevators that cost 3-4x the price AND less accessibility for the elderly, disabled, & families w/ children in strollers. Bonus - it means less elevators for emergency responders transporting patients too. Winning so hard.
