Firms that offer simulated trading for payouts are NOT prop firms. They have stolen the name from the historic and legitimate prop firms just as they have heisted more than a HALF BILLION dollars ($500,000,000) in fees from unsuspecting but greedy gamblers.

One aspect of trading that nobody on social media seem to talk about is how to deal with self imposed expectations and self criticism.Young traders need to think through how to deal with these things because these pressures do not all of a sudden disappear with a screen shot.
