Short hedgefunds thought #AMC would be bankrupt because of the covid shutdown. They made a bad bet. The financial media has been ATTACKING #AMCTHEATRES trying to get household investors to sell their stock back to the institutions. Some of these media outlets are actual.

The debt holders are not "rightful owners". Just creditors. The shareholders are the rightful owners. Not only do we have EQUITY, we have VOTING RIGHTS. Bond holders and lenders have priority over company assets during a bankruptcy event, but that doesn't equate to OWNERSHIP.
