Unless we want state firearms preemption to become a joke across the Commonwealth @DaveSunday_ has to step in and intervene. Failure of the General Assembly and the Attorney General to defend and strengthen preemption will only encourage rogue localities to do the same thing.

After the vote yesterday in York City to ban "Glock Switches" and other firearms accessories in clear violation of state law, the mandate is clear: @PAAttorneyGen has the obligation to step in and prevent the enforcement of this law. This is his own backyard. 👇.

We are monitoring the attempt by the City of York to pass a gun ban that clearly violates PA’s preemption law. Any ban, whether it’s firearms, ammunition, or accessories is illegal under state law. 👇.
