During our ‘Move it! Move it!’ activities, some of our early learning students enjoyed moving their bodies. These activities helped develop their gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence while having fun with their friends.

Recently, some of our early learning students planted seeds and watered plants. One child wrote about the radishes, noticing that they are starting to show sprouts. This activity supports early writing and observation skills.

Check out this engaging and fun hands-on activity in our classroom, simulating cow milking using a rubber glove filled with water and white paint, and after poking tiny holes in the fingertips, the children squeezed the 'udders' into a bowl to collect the milk.

At the beginning of the month, Midway provided families with an activity to do at home with their children. Both child and parent were very creative in building a snowman ⛄. It was wonderful collaborative teamwork experience between parent and child.
