“Anglo-saxon for Shard End is ‘atte Sherd’ or ‘at the gap’ – a fitting name for the chasm Bham's bankruptcy has created in our community. Some councillors fought, but the cuts passed. With the only option now being Judicial Review, I long for my art to aid in the next steps.”.
