It's kinda funny to look at the Asol hotfix on his W, Riot buffed it with CD and Damage. Then in the hotfix they reverted the CD and nerfed the damage to be worse at Rank 5 than Rank 1 of pre-buff. So it's never been weaker LOL

Pretty sad that these seemingly come out of nowhere, meanwhile Veigar got +Base HP and that's it?
Karma buffs: - Base health increased from 604 to 630 - Q AP ratio increased from 50% to 70% - E base shield increased from 80 - 240 to 80 - 260 - E AP ratio increased from 45% to 60%

Hwei is bad and will not be picked in his current state in proplay for any region. It's insane people still say he is "so versatile and can almost do anything so he will be nuts pro" when he can only use W or E once per teamfight. He is like Morgana. Miss once and ur useless
