and passed away in my arms. I held her all day, she was with me and I comforted her, but I wish I was able to do more for her. She wasn't old at all, and I feel so broken and empty knowing I couldn't do anything other than hold on out to the appointment time and pray that (2/3)

At 4:43pm we lost Momo, due to a hyperglycemic seizure (low blood sugar crash) she was very lethargic in the morning, I tried everything to raise her levels but I just had to hold hope that she could make it until her appointment at 5pm. However she took it out of my hands (1/3)
