The other day we joined ⁦@CTC_Honeybees⁩ heading out to the hives … the HVAC students had many questions and the Agri-biz crew addressed them all. I sometimes forget that each year there is a new batch of curious students that make discoveries like this so rewarding.

Congratulations to Donald Haycraft, Jr. for setting the bar for future CTC HVAC students. He placed 8th in the nation at SkillsUSA in HVAC, a category in which I have never had students compete. His accomplishments this past week have opened the door for others to walk through.

Today the plumbing and HVAC students hosted the first annual employer Meet & Greet with a dozen owners and reps looking to hire this year’s talent. Thanks to all for a successful event.

Thanks to RW Warner, Inc. for hosting the field trip for the HVAC and plumbing students today. The kindness and generosity of the staff was appreciated by all.
