Shocked and disappointed to see this on inclusivity when in fact it seems to demonstrate the opposite and complete lack of understanding of what inclusive actually means, never mind demonstrating it

Did you know, when you make and sign a lasting power of attorney you should use a black pen? An LPA must also be signed in a specific order, and it can’t be witnessed digitally. For more information, go online 💻 https://t.co/80AyPhqPjC

Unregulated legal firms claim that by transferring property and cash into a trust it will protect their assets from care home fees and inheritance tax.

With just 22% of the UK having an LPA, it's essential to be aware of the risks of not having key legal protection like this in place. #SFELawyers will be able to talk you through the process and help get your affairs in order. Find a local lawyer: https://t.co/0cr5MVcvhV

Your clients may have specific financial planning goals they want to achieve in #2021, but what about beyond that? If last year taught us anything, it's that you can't be too prepared. From protection to #Wills and LPAs, make sure your clients receive the right #Advice for them.

What would happen if your clients were suddenly unable to make decisions or deal with their own #Financial affairs? Many assume that their family will sort things out however, legally this is often not possible. Ensure your client and their loved ones are protected with an #LPA.

We often come across clients in later life with assets over the #IHT band and good incomes that they are saving. But for every extra pound they save, they only save 60p; i.e, their eventual #Beneficiaries will be giving 40p to HMRC in IHT! Find out more: https://t.co/bCBoWCj3CA
