Deadline looming for when non-taxable trusts need to be registered by. Don't forget this also includes Trusts set up by a Will when somebody dies including Life Interest Trusts.
Non-taxable trusts created before 6th Oct 2020 need to be registered with HMRC on the Trust Registration Service by 1st Sept. Trusts created after this date must register within 90 days of being created or becoming registerable, or by 1 Sept. Read more: https://t.co/XXdmCIFPVE

There are strict rules for signing LPAs. If not signed correctly you risk the OPG rejecting the documents when sent for registration. Contact us if you would like help with making your LPA.

Marriage will revoke a Will unless drafted to take this into account. Take advise otherwise your intended beneficiaries may not inherit @AdvisingFamilies
