Observation: Too often coaches decide what children should be learning and at the same time ask kids to do something, they not ready for. It is not what we think kids should be learning, but rather what they are able to learn at present moment.

'Get rid of'-it is still common instructions from the side line during kids football games. This is sent wrong message and encourage poor habits. Instead why not praise kids for staying on the ball with purpose, loving the ball and help them to learn good habits!
