@cbic_india @GST_Council @FinMinIndia We got a registration last week and client has received this interesting email + Notice. The Officer wants the Taxpayer to "respond to Welcome mail" and the Taxpayer has to 'appear' on 31st December at 16.28 !!

Belated/Revised ITR, ROC & GSTR-9/9C due dates must be relaxed. Because Original ITR deadline was 10 Dec, MCA portal failures continue & professionals are already stretched. @IncomeTaxIndia @cbic_india @GST_Council @icsi_cs @theicai #extend_due_dates_immediately

Compliance is unworkable due to persistent MCA portal instability while filing AOC4&MGT7A. System downtime & upload failures are preventing statutory filings. Delays due to systemic issues shouldn't attract late fees. Urgent technical fix & reasonable timeline extension requested

Upon logging into the V3 portal DIN related forms disappears. But these forms are available pre-sign in to MCA portal. Not able to understand the reasons behind this. No response from MCA help desk also. @MCA21India
