Yet another train cancellation in the UK - so many flats being built everywhere, so much taxpayer waste by the government, and infrastructure suffers from no investment. Quality of life worsens day by day. These damn politicians are going to bankrupt the country!.

Despite all this AI hype, I have NEVER come across any agent that has actually helped. If there is a problem with a system, I ALWAYS need to speak to a human to resolve the issue. AI Chatbots just seem a way to slow things so much so that you end up not bothering.

It’s striking how little English is spoken amongst patient-facing staff in the NHS. I only speak English at work, which should be the norm!. This is so overlooked and divides people into English (and British born), and everyone else.
