Having a mentor who is invested can make all the difference when developing your career. I probably wouldn't be here today without my mentor, Rose Ann Giordano, who took a chance on me in the early days of my career. This month at Red Hat is an important one.

I talked a lot about the new normal in my keynote yesterday. While the last 2 years have been nothing but normal, being back on the #RHSummit stage felt like nothing had changed. Thank you.

Hybrid cloud is being built all around us. It's no longer a vision for the future. It's now. And it's strongest with partnerships that advance the open source model, customer choice and outcomes. #RHSummit.

Betting on Red Hat Enterprise Linux is the biggest risk I've taken in my career. And the biggest reward. I said give me 90 days to get 8,000 subscriptions or I'd leave Red Hat. 20 years later, I'm still here and the world now runs on Linux.
