Ed Husic being punted from Industry & Science is bizarre. Obviously I don’t agree with all his policies (eg PsiQuantum) but he has high energy levels & a strong commitment to the power of science & technology to make the world a better place.

My AFR op-ed about the Liberal Party’s poor election result. Since I wrote it, pleasingly, Gisele Kapterian has gone from just behind to just ahead, ditto Tim Wilson. Which doesn’t change my point: great candidates were let down by poor policy work.
