A trend… Use ORM, write terrible DAO layers, face problems, blame ORM. Use Java, create bad abstractions, face problems, blame Java. Use k8s, write complex configurations, face problems, blame k8s. Use Postgres, design suboptimal table structure, face problems, blame

We process around 700k requests every month with @adonisframework — having a framework like this in the JavaScript world after Rails is just incredible. The goal: 100 million.

You can nest errors using "cause" option. Clean message while keeping the whole error trace.

We need a certification for developers. The amount of shitty code I review daily written by developers heavily using AI is getting crazier everyday.

A good API doesn’t just return data. It handles rate-limiting, caching, auth, validation, logging, versioning, and graceful failure. If you only return JSON then you're not building an API, you're just exposing a database.

We just shipped automated security reviews in Claude Code. Catch vulnerabilities before they ship with two new features: - /security-review slash command for ad-hoc security reviews - GitHub Actions integration for automatic reviews on every PR
