A fatal accident occurred today, June 12, 2025, at around 4:40 am. in Nakifuma, involving two motor vehicles, UBR 835K (Trunk) and UG 699M (Pajero). The accident claimed the life of Kuwebula Maxwell, the LC 5 chairperson of Kamuli District.

A daring robbery attempt was thwarted at Seeta Sonde Myami supermarket in Mukono Division on March 29, 2025, at around 0050hrs. Two thugs, armed with a panga, attacked the supermarket but were quickly overpowered by the workers and a police officer who happened to be passing by.

999 Police Patrollers have successfully recovered a stolen motor vehicle, a white Subaru Forester (reg. no. UBP 485V), which was stolen from Kassanda. Through CCTV tracking, the vehicle was located& impounded by 999 Police Patrollers in Nansana. The suspects managed to escape.
