This was not on my OBBB bingo card but I’m here for it! Amazing idea @basebaldy. Not being able to carry forward losses is ridiculous, let’s get that fixed too!.
I support the bipartisan FAIR BET Act (@RepDinaTitus) to restore full 100% deductions for losses—but we need to go further. Amend the tax code to allow gaming losses to be carried forward year-to-year, like business NOLs. This would help us weather downswings, keep more money in.
