When Kelli is not working, she loves to rock climb! She began bouldering and top-rope climbing in graduate school and has been regularly climbing ever since!.

She wants people to know that words truly do matter when supporting someone in their #recovery. Taking a non-judgmental and person-first approach can go a long way toward reducing #stigma around substance use and building a trusting and effective relationship when providing care.

Kelli continues, "I am passionate about reducing #stigma in healthcare for people who use opioids/people who have experienced an #overdose. I love engaging in team science, and it has been such a pleasure working with such a dynamic and experienced team on the Pathways project!”
