Today we had our palliative care education day at Himley House. Dr R Alleyne andCNS Emma did sessions on recognising the dying patient, GSF, nausea & vomiting, pain & agitation, anticipatory medications, DNACPR/RESPECT/ADRT/priorities for care,difficult conversations.

So this year specialist palliative care team decided to donate to @topchurchtrain .They are a local charity that reduce isolation for those most vulnerable. They have many projects helping these people including 1:1 support , housing support, debt management and helping homeless
