I may not be saying something new at all but these small two changes really have helped me understand my own art style a bit more. When you make sense of the things you draw, it becomes easier and easier to have confidence when you draw.

2/2 change the eyes and use the liquify tool to play with perspective and proportions. Make things pointy, stretch them, have fun!! I’ve discovered many stylish renditions using this method, and most of the times I keep the altered sketch instead of the og one.

2- Once you have your sketch mostly ready and contemplate starting the lineart/cleanup process, take this chance before commiting to a final render and duplicate your sketch into another layer. Play with your copied sketch and try new things. Extend lines, add more curves 1/2

Influencer marketing is a compounding game. The longer you play, the better it works.

This helps with consistency a lot: do not settle for okay-ish renditions of your ideas: if necessary, look for references that resemble the original idea if you cannot get close enough to your desired result

1- whenever I had an idea in my mind, I used to draw whatever seemed ok or close to my idea. Now, I sketch the idea I had, but I don’t start working on my lineart unless the sketch looks EXACTLY like my original idea. I rinse and repeat until I get a great result.
