Today Special Olympics Lincolnshire’s football team headed to Keepmoat for a Tournament. The team, coached by Dom Pralat from LCFC Foundation, played grading games in the morning and were placed in a group with teams from Doncaster and Bradford.

Wow what a day today has been. An early start for us all was followed by a trip to HC Powerlifting in Horncastle where they were hosting a Charity Powerlifting Competition. A chance for James to compete for the first time, in all 3 disciplines - Squat, Bench Press and Dead Lift.
