*Runners, please do better* One quick rubbish sweep on the course after Sundays half marathon and we picked up over 75 gel wrappers. If you can start the race carrying a full one, you can finish the race carrying an empty one.

Ollie Shortt took part in the @PaddockWoodAC Half-Marathon on Sunday dressed as a bone. We're waiting for @GWR to verify it, but it looks like he smashed a World Record for Fastest Half Marathon dressed as a Human Body Part! His time was 1:28:59! Amazing! #RecordBreakers
