Le CICR rappelle que le dialogue avec toutes les parties au conflit est son mode d’action pour mettre en œuvre son mandat strictement humanitaire. Le CICR ne fournit jamais un soutien financier, logistique ou de toute autre nature aux parties aux conflit.

Le #CICR confirme la fermeture des ses bureaux & le départ de son personnel expatrié, à la demande des autorités du #Niger. En 2024, le CICR a apporté aide humanitaire de façon neutre, indépendante et impartiale à près de 2 mio de personnes dans le pays.
