#morethanarum as Mount Gay is linked with a certain Cognac brand, was it those barrels that were used? The difference between Grand Champagne and Borderies in a barrel would give quite a different effect on the wood?
Cognac Casks are synonymous with floral notes, whereas Rums florals are from fruit bearing plants. This adds more complexity to an already sophisticated liquid #morethanarum
