This is great and is in-line with the way we teach the game at All Saints' Lacrosse!. As dodgers we want to be proactive and set the tone on how our matchup will play out; for our own success but also to the benefit of our teammates by putting more strain on supporting defenders!.
You’ll never play at the next level if you’re not a physical dodger. Physicality comes in many forms: trucking your man or running him over, getting into his body after you make a move, hostage dribble, turning the corner, cutting him off, trip moves, rip moves, post ups….
