Genuinely despair at some of the absolute trash passed off as “repairs” by people in this industry. Killing off apprenticeships in favour of uni for all was the one of the worst things to happen to skilled trades in the UK.

Not for the first time I had to deal with a crashed bus last night. Recovery agents did a sterling job to get it back to the garage once the structural engineers has deemed it safe to be removed. Double-decker bus crashes into Crouch End house

Walking between the two yards I’m managing tonight, police pound opposite, heartening to see the vintage open top bus XR hired for their protest is still in custody, open to the elements. Nice hefty bill for the owner by the time they get it back 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

In amongst the attempted normality, the real reason for being here was this beautiful soul. Just 12 short years and fought with everything she had. Despite the very best efforts of the doctors and surgeons it wasn’t to be. Now may she rest finally in peace 🙏🏻
