In the last two days, three patients have mentioned AI during our consultations. People don’t just Google their symptoms anymore, they now self-diagnose using AI. As a clinician, if you try to move pus in clinic, you’ll get caught. 😂 The AI was wrong on two accounts sha. 🥴

The course is already complex in many ways. The move towards DPT or doctor in Physio has absolutely nothing to do with an inferiority complex but with advancing the practice with more knowledge and preparing physios to become primary care providers WHEN and WHERE SUITABLE

Dr Dave, I don’t think the tweet you responded to was about managing sepsis, but about early recognition of sepsis signs and symptoms. As physiotherapists, we often spend more time with patients, which puts us in a good position to notice early red flags and escalate urgently.
@ballzy_physio You can’t equate management of Sepsis with being able to do CPR that any even market women should do . There is no initial presentation role for a physiotherapist in the acute management of a septic patient . You guys should stop displaying this penchant for quackery
