This yearās Model ME/DD Conference showcased so many inspiring projects aimed at creating success and community in @TCDSB ME/DD classrooms. A huge thank you to organizers Clare, Pina, Michelle, and Anne and also to the truly amazing staff teams at the schools who participated!!
