You just need patience there. And its great place for those who love making ocs and original works, because you dont need to follow trend. You can post whatever you like and ppl with the same interest will find you.

you dont compete with algo. You just need to post often and be in community. Posting then running and hope it blow up even if your art is godsent masterpiece wont make you be seen immediately

And the engagement is more stable and you'll get what your account expected to get (ex: 200 followers then 100+ engagement per post, 10k followers then 2k+ engagement per post). While here i have 3k followers and get 1 engagement for something i've spent for hours

Just a note for those trying out bsky. Bsky is like old school DA. Ppl will only find you if you make yourself visible (posting regularly, interact with other artist etc) they dont make your post blow up in a day. But you will grow quicker as your followers keep growing
