With the patience and temperament of a toddler. Their irascibility destroys current and future allegiances. They are often factually correct on the issues yet pick the wrong issues. They win the trivial battles at the expense of war winning progression. The are distracted.

That a person is a thought leader does not make, nor require, nor qualify that person to be that People's leader. Leadership of people (especially those involved in a stuggle) is an exercise of politics, game theory, and human management. I see brilliant black thought leaders.
