In Pilates, it can take a bit of time to properly master some of the techniques, so you need to stick with the practice to really see and feel the benefits. Most people find that even after just a few sessions they start to feel fitter and stronger. See you on the mat soon! πͺ

We love the "tremble of truth"! If you notice your muscles trembling during your Pilates class, it's a sign that the muscles are working super hard to maintain proper form and alignment, and are being challenged to their maximum capacity. πͺ

Pilates can help with back pain! Pilates exercises are designed to steadily build strength in your core stabilising muscles which support the spine, therefore preventing further back injury and pain. Pilates also increases awareness of proper spinal alignment and good posture.
