Jesus answered, “This is the work of God: that you believe in the One whom He has sent.” Because He has done 100% of the obedience, good works, love etc….I KNOW I am perfect in Him (because He promised and I believe) and therefore perfectly obedient. There is no other way.

What makes you think it was Jewish tradition??? Genesis 14:18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.

The wine at the Last Supper table, the symbol of His blood, was Jewish Oral Law which later found its way into the Talmud. Don't tell me that Jesus disregarded all Jewish tradition.

What did God do on the 8th day??? For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his Sabbath is an eternal condition for those resting on the works of Christ through faith in His righteousness. Every day is His.

It's astonishing to see professing Christians condemning Sabbath observance. Arguing that the Sabbath is no longer relevant is one thing (still wrong, obviously). But claiming that it is fundamentally opposed to the Gospel, as some are saying, is straight up Marcionite insanity.

for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free Gal 4:21-26

@PORTERUTAH @rabbriansamuel So, ur telling us that a loving&gracious God hears the cry of His people from Egypt&delivers them from slavery into more slavery? This same God sends His only Son 2 die a very painful death 2 save us from sins that without Torah we wouldn’t know what sin was? 🤔 RU atheist?

@creatorclues Thankfully, the apostles address antinomianism thoroughly. This guy sounds like he’s trying to separate Christ’s benefits from Christ Himself. Salvation is not merely a change of status but a change of nature, and a change of nature inevitably produces a change of life.

"Is" is the third-person singular present tense of the verb "to be". It is a condition not an action.

Circumcision is of the heart, the Passover Lamb is Christ, salvation is by Faith, Jesus Christ is the seed of Abraham, Jesus is God(I Am) etc…a short list of significant misunderstandings of the Jewish Fathers.

None of the Apostles celebrated Christmas. None of the Apostles celebrated Easter. None of the Apostles celebrated Good Friday. None of the Apostles shifted Sabbath to Sunday. None of the Apostles used a cross as a symbol of faith. Christianity is a beautiful expression of

Those looking for works to support their claim of faith do not realize that faith is a fruit of the spirit. It is self evident in that no work IS REQUIRED as proof

Christians: We worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob just as the Jews do. Jews: Jesus is NOT God. Christians: We support Israel as God’s chosen people.

If today’s Israel is the Biblical Israel and they still don’t have Christ as their God, it is no wonder God said “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.” Christ taught replacement theology

“Dr. Michael Brown just dropped the mic so hard it broke the internet: Today’s Israel IS Biblical Israel. The same land, same people, same covenant, same God. If you’re still coping with replacement theology in 2025, that’s not scholarship—that’s spiritual rebellion.”

Last time I checked we are to compare scripture with scripture … Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. You’re way off base.

When you read Scripture literally, grammatically, & historically, not allegorically, the apostles do not redefine Israel, cancel covenants, or reinterpret the prophets in a way that contradicts their original meaning. They expand the blessings to Gentiles, but they never erase

He doesn’t revoke the promise He changes the identity of the recipients. Matthew 21:43 Galatians 3:16-29 John 1:12 John 8:31-59 Romans 9:6 Matthew 20:1-16 Hope this helps.

There are 7,957 verses in the New Testament. Can any of the big brain theologians on this app point me to the one where God revokes His promise of the land of Canaan to the children of Jacob because of Jesus? Should be easy ‘cause dispensationalism is such an obvious heresy.

Summarizing: there are 2 laws. You choose which you are under. Those choosing the law of sin and death (as Dr. Shay teaches) have chosen to serve Satan in their flesh. Those choosing Grace through faith,Christ in Spirit. Life and blessing or cursing and death.

Which Israel are we to bless?? Those in Galatians 3:16-29 or those in John 8:31-59??? Roman’s 2:28-29 and Roman’s 9:6-7 Go by what the scriptures say, not what your church says they say. Israel = True believers. I am all in for Israel.
