PL @eastcoastbball 10U had a great showing in Louisiana this weekend going 4-0 and winning the tournament. They played well from start to finish, and we are very proud of this group! Congratulations to Tucker, Sarge, and Nick on their homers this weekend as well! Keep grinding!

❗️❗️ Player Spotlight ❗️❗️ We are blessed to have some very high level athletes train with us at the lab. @RyleyH2023 has been making some serious progress in the cages on the @HitTraxOfficial the past few weeks. She got up to 82 MPH off the bat after making a few adjustments!

Ball got out in a hurry and was still rising! Metrics matter. Get in the weight room and get strong. Make it a priority. Skip the tee session and go lift! You won’t regret it. What you see on our @HitTraxOfficial carries over to the game for every single one of our athletes!
