Reminder. If you are coming to a performance of play in a week tomorrow, the PTA is offering refreshments for sale. You can order in advance by emailing us and pay on the day. You can bring cash or use a card. Thank you for your support. Any profits made go back into school 😊🎭

We are always so grateful for the support of the Poynton Round Table. Over the last few years we have worked with them volunteering for the bonfire and Santa Float in exchange for very generous donations. If you are interested in joining them they have an open night tonight. 😊.

Have you any unwanted uniform you could donate back to the PTA? We are keen to try and hold another second hand uniform sale this term but urgently need more stock. Please drop any clean uniform back at school during working hours to give others the chance of affordable uniform

Reminder to donate unwanted uniform back to school, as per the school newsletter. We have been blown away by the success of recent preloved uniform sales. For us to do more sales, we urgently need more stock, especially badged items like blazers, skirts and PE kit. Thank you! 😊.

The PTA is holding a second hand preloved uniform sale on Thursday evening from 4.30-6.30 in the large music room near the hall. No prior orders are taken we are only selling what we have on the evening. Card machine and cash taken. If you have any donations please bring along

We would love to do further second hand uniform sales, as they are a win win situation. If you have any unwanted our outgrown uniform in reasonable condition, please donate it back to school via the main reception. We can publicise our next sales to all parents 😊.
We are really grateful for the work of the PTA and I know that families are grateful for the chance to acquire pre-loved uniform. Good for the planet and good for family budgets. Thanks @PHS_PTA @PoyntonHigh.

Well done to all the year 7’s who took part in the performing arts competition. Our PTA chair Liz Waterman was a judge and announced the winner. The PTA supported the competition, organised by Maddy as part of her EPQ and we purchased trophies and medals for the winners.
It was a pleasure to meet the students who made the Year 7 Performing Arts Competition such a success this week with dance, drama, music and performance poetry. A particular thank you to Maddy who created this as part of her EPQ @PoyntonHigh

If you have any unwanted or outgrown PHS uniform please drop it at school at the main reception and this can go towards future sales. If you need to access this uniform please speak to a member of staff in confidence or email school directly.

A big thank you to everyone who purchased second hand pre loved uniform in our sale at the year 8 parents evening. Many families took the opportunity to make a purchase and almost £400 was raised in the sale. All monies will go back into school for new resources 😊

Reminder second hand uniform sale tomorrow night (Thursday) from 4.30-6.30pm in room 5 in school. This is the large music room next to the hall. Cash and card taken. All reasonable donations considered. No personal or pre orders taken, just turn up on the night. 😊♻️
