There's lack of ear protection on him whenever he uses a sniper and he is a veteran. This can also be put onto other agents since well...guns = loud but ! sniper rifles tend to be louder than a lot of standard firearm so he's more susceptible to it. (2/2)

It's been a HC of mine that Chamber has really bad hearing to the point he has to use a hearing aid & is classified as disabled but isn't necessarily on his file for business purposes. (1/2)
