Listened to Matt Wallace’s interview on @slicedpod and he certainly wasn’t sheepish about his chances this week. Fancies himself to make a late Ryder Cup charge (or at least put himself in the conversation). -4 thru 5. Could be a big week for Matt.

Excited to add two DP world tour events to my schedule this yr! .I’ve always wanted to play a global schedule and I’m really looking forward to it. Goal will be qualifying for the DP playoffs in Abu Dhabi!

It’s all down to Rasmus Hojgaard IMO. If he automatically qualifies this week (with a T29 finish or better), I think all of the maybes for the team become a no.

Some big names heading to the British Masters this week Fitzpatrick, Rai, both Hojgaard’s, Noren, Wallace and Neergaard-Petersen. I’m sure all feel like a really big performance could maybe sneak them into the Ryder Cup conversation. It does look like the same 12 who went to.

I love Hovland at East Lake, winner (of course) of the 2023 Tour Championship and an overall solid record round here. He’s really been improving with his approach play in recent weeks and I don’t think he’s too far off of his best golf. He should come good for Europe at Bethpage.
