The January 31 deadline has passed to complete the first two #PEOPEAK elements. If you are late, please comply as soon as possible. Each year an enforcement date will be announced by the Registrar. PEO will provide notice and reminders before enforcement begins.

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice sentenced Benabdallah Chouchaoui to serve 14 days in jail for violating a 2011 injunction. The injunction prohibited Chouchaoui from using a professional engineer's seal and offering engineering services to the public unless licensed by PEO.
